- Another resource mailbox to is added to Windows Outlook 2016.
How to Steps
1. Open Outlook and click File.
2. Click Info.
3. Click Account Settings.
4. Click Account Settings in the menu.
5. Highlight your mailbox.
6. Click Change.
7. Click More Settings.
8. Click Advanced from menu.
9. Click Add.
10. Type in email address or name of the resource mailbox.
11. Click OK.
12. Click Apply.
13. Click Ok.
14. Click Next.
15. Click Finish.
Open Added Mailbox
1. Locate the Mailbox in the folder list.
2. Click on the triangle to expand the folder.
3. All folders should be listed.
