How do I get Support for TrackingTime.co?

TimeTracking.co is an application used for time tracking by some departments. It is NOT a Creighton supported application therefore cannot provide assistance with troubleshooting any application issues.

Answer

TrackingTime is a third-party time tracking application that is not managed by Creighton IT. You must create and manage their own accounts directly with TrackingTime.

Accessing TrackingTime

1. Navigate to https://pro.trackingtime.co.

2. You should be presented with the standard TrackingTime login screen.

If the site redirects you to a NetID or SSO login, your browser is likely caching institutional credentials. To resolve this:

• Open the site in an incognito/private browser window

  • Windows: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mac: Command + Shift + N

Account Creation and Login

1. Since this application is not managed by Creighton IT, you must:

• Select Sign Up (located below the Login button).
• Create an account using a personal or work email address.

2. After the account is created, you must log in using:

• Email
• Password

3. The following login methods are not supported and will fail or request unauthorized access:

• Sign in with Microsoft
• Sign in with SSO
