- Unable to log into computer with new password
- Able to log into computer with old password
- Able to connect to Global Protect VPN
End State / Outcome
- Ability to log into your computer with your new password.
How to Steps
Instructions for updating your login password while off campus after a password reset.
1. Log into computer with your old password.
2. Connect to Global Protect VPN with your current password.
3. While connected to the VPN, press the Windows Key + L to lock the computer.
4. Press CTRL+ ALT + DEL to unlock the computer.
5. Type in your new password to log in.
