Common Signs or Symptoms:
- While uploading a video in BlueLine, the thumbnail does not load and the message loading.... does not go away.
Troubleshooting Steps:
This is a bug that occurs within Canvas (BlueLine) when you click post too soon after uploading the video. This causes the video to not process correctly.
Work Around
- Go into upload/record media option but choose User Media, and it will then show the video you recorded.
NOTE: If you are unable to edit the comment, you will need to post a new comment and then follow the same procedure as above.
