How to Steps
If you wish to contact Qualtrics Support online, there are two steps:
- Find User-ID – it is NOT your NetID.
- Log into Support Portal.
Find User-ID
- Log into BlueQ.
- Select Account Settings from User Profile icon in upper right portion of screen.
- Click Qualtrics IDs tab.
- The User ID and Organization ID are then located under the User sub header.
Log into Support Portal
Creighton’s Organization ID is blueq.
- Go to the SSO Login page.
- Make sure the username and password fields are blank.
- Click the Sign in with SSO link.
- Enter blueq as the Organization ID.
- Click Continue.
- In the login screen, fill in your Creighton username (NetID) and Blue password.
- Click Sign In link.
- Follow through the login process (if you were already logged in, you likely won’t have to login again.
- Follow through the Qualtrics Support site wizard.
