Lakeside vendors

Provides information on some vendors that the Lakeside clinic uses and the person to contact when issues arise.

Raintree

  • Creighton helps users with installation (KB000810) and scanner setup (KB000961)
  • All Raintree accounts are provided by the Lakeside manager.
  • Any issue related to Raintree should go through Lakeside management as they are able to create ticket with raintree support.

Telesis

  • Creighton helps with driver installation only (guide is provided with installation guide).
  • Any other issue should go through Lakeside management.
  • Global Payments Integrated
  • Lakeside use Global Payments Integrated for their payment process.
  • Creighton does not provide any support and any issue should go through Lakeside management.

COX

  • Lakeside network is managed by COX.
  • Ticket can be created with Creighton regarding network, but further escalation should go through COX.
