Common Signs or Symptoms:
Call logs are not being updated and allow 4 digits dialing from all CHIAcademic locations.
Solution Steps:
When the phone first gets plugged into the network jack it will come up with a window with Service Domain.
- Press Setting Button (Gear Icon).
- Select Option 6 – Admin Settings (Person & Gear Icon)..
- Press Option 1 – Ethernet Setup.
- Now select Option 1 – Ipv4 setup.
- Press Option 8 – Alternate TFTP.
- Press On – 1st button on the right hand of the bottom of the display.
- Arrow down to 9 TFTP server 1 and enter 10.33.160.1.
- Arrow down to 10 TFTP server 2 and enter 10.33.160.2.
- Select Apply – 2nd button from the left hand side on the button of the display.
- Press Exit.
- Choose Exit again.
- The phone will proceed to connect to the network, this may take a couple of minutes.
