The Division of Information Technology, holds a planned maintenance window every Friday night from 10 p.m. central time to 4 a.m. on Saturday. This pre-defined time frame allows us to perform critical tasks like updates, patches, and system improvements without major disruptions.

Purpose:

  1. Ensure system health and security.
  2. Implement changes, updates, and new capabilities.
  3. Minimize disruption during low-usage hours.

Activities:

  1. Timing: Fridays from 10 p.m. to 4 a.m. Central Time.
  2. Scope: Some systems/services might be temporarily unavailable throughout this window.
  3. Communication: When possible, the Division of Information Technology will proactively communicate potential outages and will work with stakeholders to limit impact during more critical times throughout the year.
