Troubleshooting Steps:

  1. Try opening the Zoom meeting using a different browser. (Chrome or Firefox are recommended.)
  2. Turn off or pause any browser add-ons that could be blocking the web page from displaying.
  • Look for ad blocking or privacy add-ons, they can cause the most problems.
  • Whitelist the site by clicking the add-on and clicking pause while on the desired website.

  1. Change Browser Security Settings:
  • Chrome:
  1. 3 dots towards the top right > Privacy and Security > Security
  2. Select the Standard setting.
  • Firefox:
  1. 3 lines towards the top right > Preferences > Privacy and Security.
  2. Select the Standard setting.
  3. Clear Browser Cookies:
  • Chrome:
  1. 3 dots towards the top right > Privacy and Security > Clear Browsing Data.
  2. Change Time Range to All Time and check boxes for Cookies and other Site Data and Cached images and Files.
  3. Click Clear Data
  • Firefox:
  1. 3 lines towards the top right > Preferences > Privacy and Security
  2. Scroll down to Cookies and Site Data
  3. Select Clear Data…
  4. Check boxes for Cookies and Site Data and Cached Web Content.
  5. Click Clear
