- White screen when launching Zoom
Troubleshooting Steps:
- Try opening the Zoom meeting using a different browser. (Chrome or Firefox are recommended.)
- Turn off or pause any browser add-ons that could be blocking the web page from displaying.
- Look for ad blocking or privacy add-ons, they can cause the most problems.
- Whitelist the site by clicking the add-on and clicking pause while on the desired website.
- Change Browser Security Settings:
- 3 dots towards the top right > Privacy and Security > Security
- Select the Standard setting.
- 3 lines towards the top right > Preferences > Privacy and Security.
- Select the Standard setting.
- Clear Browser Cookies:
- 3 dots towards the top right > Privacy and Security > Clear Browsing Data.
- Change Time Range to All Time and check boxes for Cookies and other Site Data and Cached images and Files.
- Click Clear Data
- 3 lines towards the top right > Preferences > Privacy and Security
- Scroll down to Cookies and Site Data
- Select Clear Data…
- Check boxes for Cookies and Site Data and Cached Web Content.
- Click Clear
