Viewing FERPA Information in NEST (Banner 9) for Advisors

This article provides the steps for advisors to see student FERPA information.

How to Steps

  1. From the Advisor menu, click View FERPA Information.

 

 

  1. Search Option #1: Enter Student ID and click Submit.

 

  1. Search Option #2: Click Lookup Student, enter search criteria, and click Search.

  1. Designated individuals, and their selected Permissions are then displayed.
