Stapling and Collating with a Canon Printer

  • The ability to collate and staple print jobs on Canon printers

How to Steps

 

1.    Search for printers and click on the Printers & Scanner icon:

 

 

2.    Click the listed Canon printer (any Canon printer listed) and click Open Queue.

3.    Click Printer and select Properties from the drop-down menu.

 

4.    Select the Device Settings Tab and mark the check box for Staple and click OK to save settings.


 

5.    You will return to the printer queue. Select Printing Preferences…

 

 

6.    Click the Finishing Tab and select Staple + Collate from the drop-down menu on the Finishing option. Click OK to save settings.

 

7.    The option to Collate & Staple will now appear in the Preferences options when the Canon printer is selected.
