Transferring or Holding a WebEx Call

Summary

This article provides the steps for transferring or holding a WebEx call.

Body

Prerequisites / Minimum Requirements

Creighton is migrating to WebEx Calling in stages throughout the fall 2024 and 2025.  Each building will receive a specific time line and detailed instructions to ensure a smooth transition with minimal disruption.  Until your building's hardware is transitioned, you will not see the WebEx application on your device.

How to Steps

While you're on a phone call with someone, you can put them on hold so that you can make or answer another call or get more information.

When you're on a phone call, you can transfer that call to someone else and if you'd like, let that person know why you're transferring the call to them.
