Set up Parent Proxy Management in NEST (Banner 9)

This article provides instructions for adding Proxies or 3rd parties to see specific pages in Self-Service.

How to Steps

  1. From the Students tab, Click the tab for Parent Proxy Management.


     
  2. Click Add New.


     
  3. Enter the Required Profile Information for the Proxy.


     
  4. Select the Self Service functions you want to give to the Proxy.


     
  5. Click Submit to add the Proxy.


     
  6. Proxy will be notified.
    1. Proxies will receive two (2) emails to the email address entered in the Proxy Profile.
    2. The first email provides a PIN for initial login.
    3. The second email includes a link for them to access the portal.
    4. You will receive a copy of both emails to your email address on file.
