This article provides instructions for adding Proxies or 3rd parties to see specific pages in Self-Service.

How to Steps
From the
Students
tab, Click the tab for
Parent Proxy Management.
Click
Add New.
Enter the Required Profile Information for the Proxy.
Select the Self Service functions you want to give to the Proxy.
Click Submit to add the Proxy.
Proxy will be notified.
Proxies will receive two (2) emails to the email address entered in the Proxy Profile.
The first email provides a PIN for initial login.
The second email includes a link for them to access the portal.
You will receive a copy of both emails to your email address on file.

Article describes how an authorized user can retrieve the 1098-T from The Nest. Authorized Users access The Nest through a separate login, they do not use their student’s credentials. Before following these steps, the student must have already added the parent as an Authorized User and granted access to the Tax Notification (1098-T) section.
Extending the NEST Stop Date for a Parent Proxy if Access Expired
This article explains how a student can restore Parent Proxy access in The Nest when a parent receives an “Access Expired” error. The student must log into The Nest and update the Stop Date for the parent in Parent Proxy Management to extend access.
