Common Signs or Symptoms:
I am not receiving messages sent within ELMS-Canvas. My User Profile lists my @creighton.edu email address, but there's an exclamation mark with a message that Canvas could not send an email to this address. Please ensure the address is correct to continue receiving emails from Canvas.
Troubleshooting Steps:
Contact Canvas Support by selecting the Help icon within BlueLine and starting a chat or calling the support line. Ask them to remove the email address from the blocklist.
Additionally, a ticket can be started with CFE, but they would also need to reach out to Canvas support to address the issue.
