Unless explicitly stated on the documentation for a method, the accepted Web API call content types are:

application/json

Calls using any other content type (ex: text/plain) are not supported.

TeamDynamix.Api.KnowledgeBase.Article.WhitelistGroups

Whether groups associated with the article are whitelisted or blacklisted for article access.

true if groups associated with the article are the only individuals who can access the article in the Knowledge Base (i.e. a whitelist); otherwise, false (meaning any associated groups are blacklisted).
