Overview
AD Group Manager is a web-based tool that allows designated group owners to manage membership of Active Directory (AD) security and distribution groups without requiring administrative access or specialized software.
The service is available at:
https://groupmanager.creighton.edu
Because AD Group Manager is browser-based, it can be used from Windows, MacOS and other operating systems. Users only need a supported web browser and appropriate permissions to manage one or more groups.

Troubleshooting
I cannot access the website.
Verify that:
- You are connected to Creighton's VPN.
- You are using the correct URL: https://groupmanager.creighton.edu.
- Your account is not locked or experiencing authentication issues.
I can log in, but I do not see any groups.
You may not currently be assigned as an owner or manager of any Active Directory groups. For more information, please read this knowledgebase article—

I cannot modify a specific group.
Group management permissions are assigned individually. If a group does not appear or cannot be modified, contact Information Technology to verify your permissions.
