Student Life (Student Counseling and Student Health) is planning a Titanium (new solution) go live on Aug 3, 2026. We are not expecting the Service Desk to serve as a technical support team for Titanium. Any calls or tickets coming into the Service Desk can be properly redirect using the following pathways:
- Counseling and VIP inquiries should be routed directly to Counseling.
- 2256 - Student Counseling Extension
- Student Health inquiries should be routed directly to Student Health.
- 2735 - Student Health Extension
Hyper care is scheduled from Aug 4, 2026 to Aug 17, 2026. Please confirm that you have received this email by end of day July 31
