Answer
BlueAccess is a one-stop-shop for everything affiliated with student accommodations. BlueAccess is the system used to create, submit, and approve student accommodations. This system is also used to notify staff of approved accommodations (students must self-identify through the system and notify faculty), for staff to create instructions and establish parameters for exams (e.g., exam date/duration), where the Exams team and eLearning team will upload exam codes, and where faculty will upload copies of exams and exam material.
The system is web-based and requires two-factor authentication (Users must be logged in on campus). If the employee is remote and does not initially login on campus, they will need to contact SAS@creighton.edu to add their IP address to BlueAccess. Users who initially logged in on campus should set up multi-factor authentication through BlueAccess before they are able to login off campus.
Support:
- Technical support for BlueAccess is provided by the SAS team.
- Two-factor authentication issues on the Creighton campus should be directed to the Service Desk.
- Multi-factor authentication issues within BlueAccess should be directed to SAS.
