What information and resources does Creighton have for Generative AI?

Answer

Resources regarding teaching and learning using generative AI are available through the Generative AI Resources SharePoint.

Any faculty or staff can access the SharePoint, if they are signed in with their NetID and Blue password.  Faculty can search the entire site or individual topic/subtopic libraries using:

  • tags (keywords).
  • publish/update year.
  • artifact title.
  • resource.

Resources libraries include:

  • What is Generative AI?
    • Prompting and Iteration
  • Using Generative AI for Instruction
    • Assessment
    • Planning and Course Prep
    • Teaching Thinking and Writing
  • Academic Integrity
    • Challenges of Generative AI
    • Student Perspectives
    • Syllabus Statements
  • Professional Development
    • AI Literacy and Skills Development
    • Generative AI Tools

Four tutorial videos on how to navigate and search the SharePoint are available below the resource libraries. Links to additional CFE faculty development opportunities and library resources on generative AI are also listed on the SharePoint site.

As a reminder, Creighton University’s supported generative AI academic technology is Microsoft Copilot.  Information on using Microsoft Copilot can be found on the CFE Faculty Guide page > Generative AI tab.
