Outlook – Importing Group Contact list from email attachment

Prerequisites / Minimum Requirements

  • Group Contact list received as an email attachment.
  • Windows
  • Office 2016

End State / Outcome

User will be able to import group contact list from email attachment.

How to Steps

1.    Open group contact list from email attachment.

2.    Select File > Move To Folder.

o 

3.    Copy to Folder.

4.    Select Contacts Folder and click OK.

5.    Once saved to contacts you can open and edit any other changes.
