Updating Your AMI Security Profile

 

How to Steps

Your security profile provides a method to reset your password without assistance from the myIT Service Desk.

  1. Log into https://ami.creighton.edu with your NetID and Blue password.


     
  2. Click Next.
     
  3. Click Update Profile from the Application tab.


     
  4. Enter or update your information and click Update.


     
  5. Review your updated information.  If it is correct, select Confirm


     
  6. If your information is incorrect, click Go Back to edit your information again.
     
  7. When you receive the Verification Successful message, click Continue
