Common Signs or Symptoms:

  • Must have an authorized CU ID card/badge activated (originates from CU Card Services)
  • CU ID card/badge is no longer working on previous door locations.

Troubleshooting Steps:

  1.    Contact Card Services to validate proper card/badge access is assigned.
  2.    Contact Card Services to investigate physical door reader if no longer working.
