How to Steps

 Examplify users struggling to log in to Examplify should follow these steps below to resolve the issue. 

First

  1. Click the Home menu in the upper right of Examplify.
  2. Click Logout.
  3. Exit Examplify and then come back in.
  4. Choose your account and login.

 If that doesn’t work, try:

  1. Click the Home Menu in the upper right of Examplify.
  2. Click  Settings.
  3. Select Clear Registration.
  4. Exit Examplify and then come back in.
  5. You’ll have to create your account again:
  6. Institution ID is: creightondent.
  7. User ID is your NetID.

If neither of the two methods above work, please call the Center for Faculty Excellence on the Exam Hot line at 402-280-5665, M-F, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm central. They will troubleshoot the issue live over the phone.
