The Birdhouse (MedicatConnect) is an online portal used by Creighton students and (sometimes) employees to upload immunization documentation. Certain guests, like contractors, may need to upload immunization documentation, but they are ineligible to log in.
These people should instead be instructed to email their immunization info (as an attachment) to immunizations@creighton.edu . That account is regularly checked by staff at the Student Health Education & Compliance Office.
