Updating Global Connect (VPN) Connections on Your Mobile Device

 

How to Steps

Open the Global Protect app on your mobile device.

  1. If you are currently connected to a VPN, tap the Settings icon located in the top right corner of the app's home screen. If you are not currently connected to a VPN, skip to step 4.
  2. Tap the Connection option from the menu that appears.
  3. Tap the + icon to create a new VPN connection.
  4. In the Connection Name field, give a name to your new connection.
  5. In the Portal Address field, enter the new connection address you want to use.
  6. If necessary, enter any additional information required by your VPN, such as a username and password.
  7. Tap the Save button to save the new connection.
  8. To connect to the new VPN, tap the new connection name from the home screen and enter any required login information.
  9. Once connected, you should be able to access resources the VPN using the new connection address.
