All vehicles parked on campus must display a valid parking permit. Contractors coming to do work on campus must follow parking regulations.
- If you are a contractor working with a facilities project manager please see your project manager for specific parking information.
- Larger logoed contractor vehicles do not require a specific permit, but must follow parking regulations to the best of their ability.
- Non-facilities contractors must purchase a parking permit whether on campus for short term work or working on campus regularly.
- These individuals can create a guest account themselves to purchase or the department they are working with can purchase the permit on their behalf
- The permit can be daily, weekly, or monthly printables or the Non-benefit eligible employee decal based of their approximate hours on campus.
- How can employees/departments get permits on behalf of contractor?
- Guest lecturers, interviewees, vendors, and other invited guests must also display a permit, which can be paid for by the individual or the department through JayPark. These printable permits can be purchased on the same day or ahead of time for specific dates.
- Employees can log into their JayPark account with their SSO
- Departments can sign up and create a department account with a general department email
- If a department or employee has frequent visitors we recommend that they create a generic vehicle with the department name as the plate number. This will allow the department to purchase permits for rentals and unknown vehicles.
- If using a P-Card for payment make sure to use the correct zip code
