How to request an additional site in the Creighton Portal

Instructions:

Step 1: Access the Enhancement Request Form

  1. Visit the following link:

Step 2: Submit Your Request

  1. Click the my.Creighton Enhancement Request button.
  2. In the request form, specify your need for a new site under the School of Medicine landing page.
    You may reference this existing page in your request:
    School of Medicine Landing Page
  3. Sign in using your Creighton credentials to submit the request.
