Common Signs or Symptoms:
- Prompted to enter a cost center number when logging into Pharos on a Canon Printer.
Troubleshooting Steps:
· When first printing for the day (or if the device has been rebooted or logged off), if you are asked to enter your credentials in the Pharos dialogue box:
- Enter ONLY your NetID and not NetID@creighton.edu.
- If they are properly set up in the system, this should normally resolve the issue.
