How to Steps

Firefox:

  1. Open Firefox and click the menu icon (three horizontal lines).
  2. Select Settings > Privacy & Security.
  3. Scroll to Cookies and Site Data and click Clear Data.
  4. Check Cookies and Site Data and Cached Web Content.
  5. Click Clear.
  6. Go to History > Clear History.
  7. Set Time Range to Everything, check all desired options, and click OK.

Google Chrome:

  1. Open Chrome and click the menu icon (three dots).
  2. Select Settings > Privacy and Security > Clear Browsing Data.
  3. In the Time Range dropdown, select All Time.
  4. Check Browsing History, Cookies and Other Site Data, and Cached Images and Files.
  5. Click Clear Data.
