Users who upgrade a Mac to macOS 27 may experience issues printing with Pharos, including receiving the error message"The printer software is not compatible." This occurs because macOS 27 no longer installs Rosetta by default, which is required for certain Pharos components to run. Installing Rosetta restores Pharos functionality and allows users to print normally again.
