Prerequisites / Minimum Requirements
• User is connecting to the CUWireless network.
• Network Team has completed the ISE certificate update.
• User receives a certificate trust/verification prompt while connecting.
End State / Outcome
The user successfully connects to CUWireless after accepting the new trusted certificate prompt generated by the ISE certificate update.
How to Steps
1. Confirm the user is attempting to connect to CUWireless.
2. Ask the user if they received a certificate verification or trust prompt.
3. Inform the user that the prompt is expected due to an ISE certificate update.
4. Instruct the user to select Continue, Trust, Accept, or the equivalent option.
5. Verify the device connects successfully to CUWireless.
6. If the user is unable to connect after accepting the certificate, create a ticket and document troubleshooting steps for escalation.
