Resetting the Canon Pharos Password for Windows 11

End State / Outcome

  • Clear incorrect passwords when printing to Canon Devices.

How to Steps

  1. Click Search in the Taskbar and type Pharos.

  2. Click Pharos Popup Client Configuration.

  3. Click Clear Saved Answer Now.

  4. A message will show that the Last Saved Answers were reset.

  5. Click OK.

  6. Click OK to close the Pharos Popup Client Configurator.

  7. The next time you print, you will be prompted to enter your credentials.
