Planned Downtime: Banner / NEST System Maintenance

Creighton’s primary Student Information System (SIS), Banner and NEST, will be unavailable due to scheduled system maintenance on Saturday, May 23.

What’s Happening:
During this maintenance window, IT will take NEST offline to perform critical server updates. These updates are necessary to maintain system security, stability, and performance.

What does this mean for you:
While the systems are down, users will not be able to:

  • Access Banner or NEST
  • Register for classes
  • View or update student records
  • Complete SIS‑related administrative tasks

What to Do:
Please plan ahead and complete any time sensitive work in Banner or NEST before the outage begins. The systems are expected to be fully restored and available by 8:00 p.m. on Saturday.
