If you are getting a missing Mfc120u.dll or MSVCP120.dll error, then this is a missing file related to your systems Visual C++ Runtime files.

  • Install Visual C++ Redistributable Package:

    • Download and install the latest version of the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Package from the Microsoft website, making sure to choose the correct version for your system architecture (x86 or x64). 

  • Repair the program:

    • Try repairing the program that is giving the error through your Control Panel, which may re-install the necessary components. 

  • Check for updates:

    • Run Windows Update to ensure you have the latest system updates, as this could include necessary updates for the Visual C++ runtime.

**For 64-bit version of Windows, make sure to install both files: "vcredist_x86.exe" and "vcredist_x64.exe".

**Whereas for 32-bit version of Windows, only install the "vcredist_x86.exe".

After Installation restart computer and relaunch Global Protect.
