Print documents on both sides of the paper (duplex)

How to Steps

Most users have their printer defaults set to print on both sides of the paper. This is a great way for everyone to be more “green” and save valuable natural resources. As you can see from below, this is a very easy change. If you do not have this set as the default on the printers you use most, and would like to save DUPLEX as your default, please call x1111 and they will assist you with the administrative change.

  1.      From your printer driver, click the drop-down menu labeled 1-sided/2-sided printing.
  2.       Select 2-sided printing and click ok, then print.
