How to Steps

If an account password has expired, follow the steps below to reactivate the account in AMI.

Step 1: Go to http://ami.creighton.edu.
Step 2:
If you have not  already used AMI, select Activate account, otherwise move to step 3.

  • Enter NetID as your Username and click Activate.
  • Select the appropriate authentication method. If the you do not have  authentication methods listed, then please create a service ticket.
  • When verification code is sent to you, enter the verification code and click Validate.
  • AMI will ask you to update your personal information. Once completed click Continue.
  • You will then be asked to reset your password. Enter new password, confirm the password, and click Changes/Set Blue Password.
  • It will take about a minute for your account to activate with new password.

Step 3: Select Forget Blue Password.
Step 4: Enter your NetID as Username and click Search.
Step 4: Select the appropriate authentication method.
Step 5: When the verification code is sent to you, enter the verification code and click Validate.

  • Next  select Continue.
  • Enter your new password and confirm and click Changes/Set Blue Password.
  • It will take about a minute for your account to activate with the new password.
