Jabra headset not picking up phone remotely

If everything is connected per instruction and the headset will not answer remotely, a ticket will need to be created to have the “switch hook” setting enabled by the phone team on the backend. This setting is not enabled by default. Once the setting is enabled restart the office phone by unplugging the network cable and you will now be able to answer the phone from the headset.
