:
Try opening the Zoom meeting using a different browser. (Chrome or Firefox are recommended.)
Turn off or pause any browser add-ons that could be blocking the web page from displaying.
L
ook for ad blocking or privacy add-ons, they can cause the most problems.
Whitelist the site by clicking the add-on and clicking pause while on the desired website.
Change Browser Security Settings:
Chrome:
3 dots towards the top right > Privacy and Security > Security
Select the
Standard
setting.
Firefox:
3 lines towards the top right > Preferences > Privacy and Security.
Select the
Standard
setting.
Clear Browser Cookies:
Chrome:
3 dots towards the top right > Privacy and Security > Clear Browsing Data.
Change Time Range to
All Time
and check boxes for
Cookies and other Site Data
and
Cached images and Files.
Click
Clear Data
Firefox:
3 lines towards the top right >
Preferences
>
Privacy and Security
Scroll down to
Cookies and Site Data
Select
Clear Data…
Check boxes for
Cookies and Site Data
and
Cached Web Content.
Click
Clear
