Outlook – How to Delete an (Classic) Outlook Rule

To delete a rule:

1.     Click the File tab.

2.     Select Manage Rules & Alerts.

3.     Select the rule to delete.

4.     Select Delete.

5.     Click Yes to confirm the action.

6.     Click OK.

Outlook - (NEW) Application

1.      Click the Home tab.

2.      Select Rules drop-down arrow.

3.      Select Manage Rules

4.      Select the three dots (... more actions) next to the rule to delete.

5.      Click Delete Rule
