Must be an employee of Creighton University
Must have a Creighton NetID
Must have a department fund/org
Must have approval to purchase a new computer
End State / Outcome
Ticket created and submitted for processing to purchase a new device.
How to Steps
Open any browser and visit
http://myservices.creighton.edu
.
L
og in with your NetID and password.
Click
Sign In.
From the main page click the
Services
tab.
Next choose
End User Computing
block.
From the list choose
Hardware Lifecycle Services
.
If you are requesting non-standard hardware, select Request Non-Standard Hardware on the right side.
Ensure that the form is completed with
Your Name
Department
Fund Code (If the Fund/Org is not provided, the ticket may be rejected.)
Org Code
Location
Contact Number (if the new employee doesn’t yet have a phone number, enter the number of the person requesting the computer).
Provide a typed signature and add the name of your Dean or Director, so that the purchase can be approved.
Click
Submit.
