Unable to See My Blueline (Canvas) Course

Common Signs or Symptoms:

  • I cannot see my course in my BlueLine Dashboard.

Troubleshooting Steps:

  1.         Log into BlueLine at https://blueline.instructure.com
  2.         Confirm your browser is up to date. Outdated browsers cannot support Canvas courses properly.
  3.         Each course is associated with a specific access date. Depending on the date associated with the course, you may not yet be able to view your course.
  4.         Courses must be published by before you can access them. If a course is not accessible to you in your course list, it may not be published  yet. Please contact your instructor(s) for assistance.
  5.        If your instructor enrolled you in the course, your enrollment may not have been set up properly. Please contact your instructor(s) for assistance.

If a user sees this exclamation point icon next to their email address within Canvas profile/account settings, their email has been blacklisted. The solution is to contact Canvas support directly and ask them to remove that email address from the blacklist.
