Common Signs or Symptoms:
In Panopto, the screen typically appears to show only snow.
Troubleshooting Steps:
- Go to the IP address or host name of the SMP in a web browser.
- Click Scheduled Events at the top
- Click Schedule Settings
- In the space beside Registration Key input the key: 71bb886de34a73952a56da9063b85d3d
- All SMPs have the same key
- Press Save

After these steps the image should be restored in Panopto.
