How to Steps
This device layout may vary depending on location. (A Creighton Classroom Training video overview is located on Bridge.)
To begin a classroom session:
- Press the center button to turn on the display (Press here to begin). The projector will take approximately two minutes to fully power on.

- Next select a source by pressing one of the three buttons in the middle (Red arrow). It will appear on the projector screen and any available monitors. The Wireless button refers to a Solstice Pod or Screenbeam for connecting a personal device wirelessly. Please refer to https://doit.creighton.edu/solstice for further instructions on the Solstice Pod. Laptop refers to using an HDMI cable to physically connect your device. Blank Screen (Blue arrow) can be used to stop sending the screen image.

- A laptop or other personal device may be connected into the system. To do this, press the Laptop button. Locate the HDMI cable with adapters located on the podium. The adapter used will vary depending on your device.

- The volume buttons located on the bottom (Green arrow) control the volume coming from the selected source (Minus, Plus). Audio may also be muted using the Mute button immediately to the left of the Volume Minus button. Additionally, the Ceiling Mic button can mute the ceiling microphone in the room.
- Access the wireless microphone controls by pressing Mics on the left side. This will open a pop-up menu as shown.

- This example has two microphones. The handheld and clip on microphone volumes may be adjusted up, down, or muted. Press Display when the audio is adjusted appropriately, and you will be returned to the main page.
- Any room cameras may be adjusted by pressing Camera. The camera can be adjusted to the proper position here. Four presets may also be saved if needed. You can switch between Audience and Instructor Camera (Red Arrow) as available in a room. Press Display to return to the main menu after adjustment.

- The System Off button (Yellow arrow) will produce a confirmation page. Press Cancel if the system is to remain on or Power Down to continue turning off the system. Please power off the system when finished with your session.
