Office 2016 – Add Additional Mailbox – Windows

Another resource mailbox to is added to Windows Outlook 2016.

How to Steps

 

Open Outlook

1.    Click File

 

2.    Click Info

3.    Click Account Settings

4.    Click Account Settings in the menu.

5.     

6.    Highlight your mailbox.

7.    Click Change

 

8.    Click More Settings

 

9.    Click Advanced from menu.

10.  Click Add

 

11.  Type in email address or name of the resource mailbox

12.  Click OK

 

13.  Click Apply

14.  Click Ok

 

15.  Click Next

 

16.  Click Finish

 

 

Open Added Mailbox

1.    Locate the Mailbox in the folder list.

2.    Click on the Triangle to expand the folder.

  

3.    All folders should be listed.
