This process with clear an incorrect password when printing to Canon Devices from a Mac.
  1. Click Finder.
  2. Click Go.
  3. Click Computer.
  4. Double Click Macintosh HD drive.
  5. Double Click Library folder.
  6. Double Click Application Support folder.
  7. Double Click Pharos folder.
  8. Double Click PopupConfiguration icon.
  9. Click Clear Saved Answers Now.
  10. Click OK.
  11. Click Cancel to close.
  12. The next time you print, it will prompt you to enter in your credentials.
