Blocking Caller ID with the WebEx Calling App

Prerequisites / Minimum Requirements

Creighton is migrating to WebEx Calling in stages throughout 2025 and the spring of 2026.  Each building will receive a specific time line and detailed instructions to ensure a smooth transition with minimal disruption.  Until your building’s hardware is transitioned, you will not be able to login to the WebEx application on your device.

How to Steps

  1. Click on the Settings icon on the left side of the application.  Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)

  1. Choose Calling.

  1. Scroll down and select Advanced Call Settings.
  1. Select Outgoing Calls and toggle the button on for Block My Caller ID.
