BlueQ-Log Into Qualtrics Support

Prerequisites / Minimum Requirements

  •         User involved must have an active BlueQ user account (accomplished by logging in to blueq.qualtrics.com successfully)

End State / Outcome

  •        User will find their Qualtrics User-ID (it is NOT their NetID).

  •        User will be able to login via SSO to Qualtrics Support.

How to Steps

If you wish to contact Qualtrics Support online, there are two steps:

  •       Find User-ID – it is NOT your NetID.
  •       Log into Support Portal.

 Find User-ID

  1.         Log into BlueQ.
  2.         Select Account Settings from User Profile icon in upper right portion of screen.
  3.         Click Qualtrics IDs tab.
  4.         The User ID and Organization ID are then located under the User sub header.

 Log into Support Portal

Creighton’s Organization ID is blueq.

  1.        Go to the SSO Login page.
  2.        Make sure the username and password fields are blank.
  3.        Click the Sign in with SSO link.
  4.        Enter blueq as the Organization ID.
  5.        Click Continue. 
  6.        In the login screen, fill in your Creighton username (NetID) and Blue password.
  7.        Click Sign In link.
  8.        Follow through the login process (if you were already logged in, you likely won’t have to login again.
  9.        Follow through the Qualtrics Support site wizard.
