User involved must have an active BlueQ user account (accomplished by logging in to blueq.qualtrics.com successfully)
User will find their Qualtrics User-ID (it is NOT their NetID).
User will be able to login via SSO to Qualtrics Support.
If you wish to contact Qualtrics Support online, there are two steps:
Find User-ID
Log into Support Portal
Creighton’s Organization ID is blueq.
