How to Steps
Lakeside vendors
Provides information on some vendors that the Lakeside clinic uses and the person to contact when issues arise.
Raintree
- Creighton helps users with installation (KB000810) and scanner setup (KB000961)
- All Raintree accounts are provided by the Lakeside manager.
- Any issue related to Raintree should go through Lakeside management as they are able to create ticket with raintree support.
Telesis
- Creighton helps with driver installation only (guide is provided with installation guide).
- Any other issue should go through Lakeside management.
- Global Payments Integrated
- Lakeside use Global Payments Integrated for their payment process.
- Creighton does not provide any support and any issue should go through Lakeside management.
COX
- Lakeside network is managed by COX.
- Ticket can be created with Creighton regarding network, but further escalation should go through COX.
