Troubleshooting Zoom White Screen

 

1.      Try opening Zoom meeting using a different browser, we recommend Chrome or Firefox.

2.      Turn off or pause any browser add-ons that could be blocking the web page from displaying.

·         Look for adblocking or privacy add-ons, they can cause the most problems.

·         Whitelist the site by clicking on the add-on and clicking pause while on the desired website.

3.      Change Browser Security Settings:

·         Chrome:

i.      3 dots towards the top right > Privacy and Security > Security

ii.       Select the Standard setting.

·         Firefox:

i.      3 lines towards the top right > Preferences > Privacy and Security.

ii.       Select the Standard setting.

4.      Clear Browser Cookies:

·         Chrome:

i.      3 dots towards the top right > Privacy and Security > Clear Browsing Data.

ii.       Change Time Range to All Time and check boxes for Cookies and other Site Data and

Cached images and Files

iii.      Click Clear Data

·         Firefox:

i.      3 lines towards the top right > Preferences > Privacy and Security

ii.      Scroll down to Cookies and Site Data

iii.      Select Clear Data…

iv.      Check boxes for Cookies and Site Data and Cached Web Content

v.      Click Clear
