Sharing Your Calendar Outside the Organization Using Outlook Web App (OWA)

Prerequisites / Minimum Requirements

  • Access to Outlook

End State / Outcome

  • Ability to share calendars outside the organization.

How to Steps

  1. Go to https://outlook.office.com and sign in.
  2. Click the Calendar icon in the left pane.
  3. Select Share from the toolbar.
  4. Enter the recipient’s email address (external contacts included).
  5. Choose the permission level (Can view when I'm busy, Can view titles and locations, or Can view all details).
  6. Click Share and then Done.

The recipient will receive an email with a link to view your calendar.
